Location
Reviews and Ratings <br />
The hotel offers a lovely view and spacious cottages, making it a comfortable escape. However, the dining options are quite limited, especially for those with specific dietary preferences. The location is peaceful but might not appeal to everyone, particularly those relying heavily on activities. It’s a decent spot for nature lovers, but other guests may find it lacking.
Staying at the lodge was an unforgettable experience with stunning mountain views and warm, welcoming staff. The eco-friendly focus and delicious food truly enhanced our visit. While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, some minor service hiccups detracted slightly from the overall experience, particularly with communication regarding our departure. The overall value for money was reasonable, but I would recommend avoiding the massage services.
What an amazing experience! The lodge offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas and has a wonderful eco-conscious team that genuinely cares about your stay. The food is fresh and delicious, with fantastic local options. However, the serene and isolated location might not be for everyone, especially if you prefer a busier environment. Overall, it’s a perfect haven for relaxation and connection with nature.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with a great sense of community, thanks to the owner Marcus who personally connects with guests. The guided walks were incredible, offering a chance to meet locals. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but it could get chilly in the winter months. Though the food was generally excellent, more variety would have been appreciated. Overall, it’s a lovely retreat despite minor drawbacks.
I had a charming and magical experience at this lodge. The host, Marcus, and his attentive staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The breathtaking views and beautiful location truly stand out. However, the steep stairs can be challenging for those with mobility issues, and the hard mattresses left something to be desired in terms of comfort.
